Signing a new kit deal with New Balance this year, Scottish giants Celtic have officially launched their new home kit for the 2015-16 season.
Signing a record-breaking £5.8m per year kit deal with New Balance this year, the first ever home shirt has been produced by the American brand. Following traditional designs, the new Celtic home shirt again installs the green and white hooped theme. This time round the hoops feature additional thin green lines above and below for a small update and the hoops follow the curves of the shoulder and run down the sleeves naturally for a sleek look.
The Celtic crest and New Balance logos are both embroidered on the white hoops and Magners again sponsors the shirt. A rounded crew-neck collar is used with a white triangle featured at the base of the collar similar to what is seen on Stoke City’s new home shirt.
The phrase “A club like no other” is featured inside the collar on the neckline while the very first Celtic crest also seen on the the 125th Anniversary Kit is placed under the neckline.
