Signing a new six-year kit deal with adidas back in October 2013, Juventus have officially launched their new home and away kits for the 2015-16 season.
The 2014-15 Champions League finalists have revealed their first ever kits made by adidas. The new home shirt for Juventus features black adidas three-stripes on the shoulders on top of a white panel while the black and white stripes are thinner and use a jagged style this time round which are inspired by shirts worn in the 1980s. The shirt uses a total of eleven black and white stripes on the front which is a change to the seven stripes seen on the 14-15 home shirt.
A standard white v-neck collar has been used while the black and white stripes continue on to the sleeves and the back of the shirt is solid white allowing the names and numbers to be easily seen. For the first time in the club’s history the club crest carries three golden stars above the crest to represent the 31 league titles the club have won.
On the black hem on the base of the shirt a subtle tonal graphic print is seen which draws inspiration from the side’s stadium: Juventus Stadium. The new home kit is completed with white shorts and socks with black trim while Jeep again sponsors the kits.
The new away kit for Juventus is inspired by teh first ever shirts worn by the club which were pink. A pink base is used while a white and hot pink hoop is used in the centre of the shirt while the same hot pink colour is seen on the sleeve cuffs. A rounded black crew-neck collar is seen while the adidas three-stripes are also black and at the base of the shirt the hem is white.
