Having launched their new home kit at the start of July, Manchester United have officially launched their new away kit for the 2014-15 season.
The away shirt is plain white and boasts a traditional styled black collar with a button. The away kit is completed with black shorts and white socks with black trim.
The new Chevrolet sponsor is featured while the Nike Swoosh logo is red. The names and numbers on the back of the shirt are likely to be black. A small Black Devil depicted
from the club’s crest is featured behind the black collar. Behind the neck is a message “Youth, Courage, Greatness” which represents the clubs values.
Across the back of the shirt is an engineered mesh chevron pattern designed to replicate the design used on previous United shirts. The new away shirt was unveiled by several
of United’s players including Shinji Kagawa, Tom Cleverley, Juan Mata, Adnan Januzaj and Wayne Rooney.
The last time the club wore a white away kit was in the 2012-13 season. White has been one of the most common away colours for the club along with blue and black.
