Having officially launched their new Adidas home kit, Manchester United have revealed their brand new away kit for the 2015-16 season.
Based on the same Tiro 15 kit template as the home shirt, the new away shirt is white in colour and is inspired by the white adidas away kits worn by the club in the 1980s. A v-neck collar with red and black piping is used which is very similar to the collar seen on the 1984-86 away shirt and the adidas three-stripes are red.
With the home shirt using white sleeve cuffs, the sleeve cuffs on the away shirt are also coloured white. Several adidas teams for the 2015-16 season have used the Tiro 15 jersey template including Chelsea, Real Madrid and Juventus who have used the same v-neck collar design.
A solid white panel is used on the back of the new away shirt with the names and numbers likely to be coloured red or black. Manchester United are set to debut this new away kit when they take on Aston Villa this weekend.
Both the adidas logo and Manchester United crest have been stitched/embroidered on to the shirt. Black shorts with red adidas three-stripes running down the flanks and white socks with red and black complete the new away kit.
